Kraken Pro is now available on TradingView
Kraken Pro is now integrated with TradingView, allowing users to place spot orders directly from TradingView’s terminal without leaving the platform.
Kraken Pro has been added as a listed broker on TradingView, enabling users to connect their accounts and execute spot orders directly from the TradingView interface. The integration eliminates the need to switch between platforms for analysis and execution, streamlining the trading workflow. Orders placed through TradingView route through Kraken Pro’s order book, maintaining access to the same spot markets and order types available on the exchange. The connection is established via OAuth, removing the requirement to generate or manage API keys, which simplifies the setup process and enhances security.
The integration covers Kraken Pro’s full range of supported spot markets, including market, limit, and stop orders, with position size, order type, and account balance visible within TradingView. The connection process takes less than a minute and can be revoked at any time through Kraken Pro’s account settings. Traders without a Kraken Pro account can sign up directly via the TradingView broker panel or visit kraken.com/pro/tradingview to create one.
TradingView is widely used by active crypto traders for technical analysis, making the integration a practical solution to bridge the gap between analysis and execution. Previously, traders had to switch between windows to place orders, risking missed opportunities as market conditions evolved. The new integration allows traders to execute orders without leaving their charts, preserving their TradingView workspace, indicators, and layouts. This change primarily benefits users who already rely on both platforms or those new to Kraken Pro seeking a streamlined entry point.
The initial phase focuses on spot trading, with additional products expected to follow in future updates. For now, traders using other products on Kraken Pro must continue placing those orders directly in the Kraken Pro terminal. The integration does not alter TradingView’s analytical tools but enhances its functionality by integrating execution capabilities from Kraken Pro.
