Native AI connectors often fell short, requiring custom fixes that Zapier MCP provided without delays.

With his productivity now five times higher, Guzman faces a pricing dilemma: hourly billing would slash revenue per task by 80%, while flat rates or client expansion carry new risks. He is exploring alternatives, including flat-rate pricing and consulting, amid broader industry shifts where firms either embrace AI or ban it outright. Guzman argues bans are shortsighted, as firms resisting AI will face steeper adaptation costs later.

To address the training gap left by AI automating junior-level tasks, Guzman launched a free eight-week AI automation seminar for lawyers, including competitors, under FTE Legal’s social-purpose mission. He also founded Ergane, a consultancy advising organizations on legal workflow automation, and Ariadni LLC, a counsel-oversight platform piloting a live value-scoring system for legal services based on responsiveness, work attribution, quality, and cost.
