Acer Reports May Revenues at NT$26.17 Billion, a Record High in May in 13 Years, up 36.5% Year-on-year
Acer reported May revenues of NT$26.17 billion, a 13-year high, up 36.5% year-on-year, with year-to-May revenues reaching NT$129.91 billion, also a record.
Acer Inc. announced consolidated revenues of NT$26.17 billion for May 2026, marking a 36.5% increase compared to the same month last year. This figure represents the highest May revenue in 13 years. Year-to-May revenues totaled NT$129.91 billion, also a record, with a 31.0% year-on-year rise. The company attributed this growth to its strategy of diversifying revenue streams beyond personal computers and displays.
Non-PC and non-display businesses contributed 33.1% of total revenues in May and 33.5% for the year-to-May period. Public subsidiaries reported strong May performances, driven by new demand from expanding AI application scenarios. Acer ITS Inc., an incubated business, saw revenue growth of 14.7% in May and 84.1% year-to-May, reflecting accelerating momentum in emerging segments.
At Computex Taipei (June 2–5), Acer showcased a range of products including AI PCs, gaming devices, smart glasses, tablets, commercial desktops, workstations, and enterprise AI solutions. The event highlighted the company’s push into AI-driven hardware and services, signaling a shift toward a more diversified business model.
The company also used Computex to display the capabilities of its subsidiaries in a dedicated commercial room, featuring smart medical, industrial computing, smart payment, and edge AI solutions. These demonstrations underscored Acer’s progress in balancing its revenue sources and strengthening its resilience in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
