ASUS unveiled the Ascent QN10, the first AI mini PC with an 80 TOPS NPU, powered by Snapdragon X2 Elite, targeting creators and enterprises with compact yet powerful on-device AI processing.
ASUS has introduced the Ascent QN10, billed as the world’s first AI mini PC equipped with an 80 TOPS NPU, leveraging the Snapdragon X2 Elite platform featuring an 18-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU. The device meets Copilot+ PC requirements while delivering AI acceleration, energy efficiency, and enterprise-grade security for real-time workloads and intelligent applications. Its ultracompact design, measuring under 0.7 liters, is 86% smaller than conventional desktop systems yet maintains desktop-class performance. The Ascent QN10 is positioned for edge AI environments, creators, developers, and enterprises seeking a high-performance, space-saving solution.
The mini PC integrates a Qualcomm Adreno GPU offering 2.3 times faster performance than its predecessor, alongside the Hexagon NPU for up to 80 TOPS of AI processing. It supports on-device AI tasks such as language translation, content generation, video enhancement, and workflow automation without relying on cloud resources. Snapdragon X2 Elite’s architecture is optimized for multitasking, content creation, and next-generation AI workloads, ensuring responsive and efficient operation.
