A year ago, Cloudflare committed to making all platform features available regardless of customer size, addressing a two-tier system where advanced tools were previously restricted to Enterprise plans. The company now ensures that generally available features on Enterprise plans are also accessible to Pay-as-you-go and most Free-tier customers, with limitations only in usage volume rather than feature availability. This shift aims to simplify product adoption by removing procurement barriers like invoices or custom contracts for smaller teams and individuals.

Logpush, which delivers Cloudflare logs to third-party storage and analytics destinations, has expanded from Enterprise-only to all customers through self-service pricing. Newly added datasets include account-scoped firewall events, WebSocket analytics, and per-zone post-quantum visibility. Transformers, now generally available, allows customers to filter, redact, or enrich logs using SQL without separate ETL pipelines, while Custom Dashboards enable personalized metric views for all plan tiers.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) has been extended across nearly all Cloudflare products, with fine-grained roles now available at the individual resource level for Workers, R2, and Access. To address organizational bottlenecks, Cloudflare introduced a New Account button allowing users to create additional free accounts for segmenting projects or teams, with safeguards against fraud and Enterprise-specific provisioning options.

Cloudflare also launched Organizations in beta for Enterprise customers, with general availability planned for October and rollout to free accounts in early 2027. Organizations provide a unified analytics and configuration surface for managing multiple accounts, including shared WAF, Gateway, and Access IdP settings. Additionally, Terraform support and Resource Tagging are now available to all customers for auditable, repeatable infrastructure management and organization.
