The new solution employs behavioral analytics to distinguish between legitimate business activities and risky deviations, including detecting prompt-based attacks and malicious chaining. It can block unsafe actions where supported and identify live agent identities across suppliers and environments. The platform maps connections and interactions via protocols like MCP and services such as Amazon S3, providing visibility across SaaS, cloud, network, endpoint, OT, and email systems.
Darktrace / SECURE AI also surfaces unsanctioned or unexpected AI activity, differentiating between misuse of approved tools and unapproved services. It applies policies to contain data exposure while guiding users toward sanctioned alternatives. The announcement follows the launch of new Secure AI innovations aimed at enabling businesses to deploy AI agents with greater confidence and control.
