eBay Foundation has appointed Priya Suri, Vice President of People Business Partners at eBay, to its Board of Directors. Suri brings extensive human resources leadership and people-strategy experience, which is expected to enhance the Foundation’s governance and foster greater employee engagement across the company. She joins a board that includes Julie Loeger, Rebecca Spencer, Scott Andrews, Alex Kazim, Julie Cheng, John Feldmeier, Patrice Green, and Jonathan Jayes-Green. Priya Suri’s appointment comes at a time of significant progress for eBay Foundation’s employee programs. In 2025, participation in giving and volunteering among eBay employees far exceeded industry averages, with 73% of the workforce engaged—more than three times the industry norm of 21%. This represents a 30-point increase from 2024. Employee engagement grew to 8,521 unique participants, an 85% increase year-over-year, and over 2,300 employees contributed more than 60,000 volunteer hours globally, equivalent to 2,500 calendar days of service.
