Diego Perrone appointed Chief Strategy Officer
Electrolux Group appoints Diego Perrone as Chief Strategy Officer effective July 8, 2026, succeeding Vincent Rotger, who now leads Product Line Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances.
Diego Perrone will join Electrolux Group as Chief Strategy Officer on July 8, 2026, overseeing business development and reporting to Group CEO Yannick Fierling. His responsibilities will include shaping business strategy and managing mergers and acquisitions. The appointment follows the transition of Vincent Rotger to a new role within the company. Perrone will be based in Stockholm and integrate into Group Management.
Perrone arrives from Haier Smart Home, where he served as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. Prior to Haier, he led the Europe Cooling Business Unit and held leadership positions at Whirlpool EMEA. His earlier career included management consulting at Kearney. The move marks a return to the home appliance sector after extensive international experience.
Group CEO Yannick Fierling welcomed Perrone, emphasizing the timing aligns with Electrolux’s new strategy. Fierling expressed confidence in Perrone’s ability to execute the strategic vision.
