The company highlighted a 35% profit increase in Air Logistics and accelerated deployment of artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Sea Logistics generated net turnover of CHF 2.2 billion in Q2 2026, with EBIT reaching CHF 140 million and a conversion rate of 29%, up four percentage points sequentially. Container volumes totalled 2.1 million TEU in the first half of 2026, supported by efficiency gains and market share growth on Asia-Europe and Asia-North America routes. Export volumes from Europe remained weak due to economic conditions, though cost management partially offset the decline.
Air Logistics reported a 20% year-over-year rise in net turnover to CHF 2.2 billion in Q2 2026, with EBIT increasing 35% to CHF 154 million and a conversion rate of 31%. Air freight volumes reached 1.1 million tonnes in the first half of 2026, driven by customer portfolio improvements and market share gains, particularly in the tech sector. The unit also strengthened its end-to-end logistics role, including transporting cloud infrastructure equipment for Google from Asia to the United States.
Road Logistics achieved a 14% increase in net turnover to CHF 1.0 billion in Q2 2026, with EBIT rising 29% to CHF 36 million. The business gained market share across all regions, with customs brokerage services contributing positively. Contract Logistics saw a 2% rise in net turnover to CHF 1.2 billion and a 21% increase in EBIT to CHF 51 million, supported by new tech-sector warehouse space exceeding 300,000 sqm. Kuehne+Nagel raised its full-year recurring EBIT guidance to CHF 1.35–1.55 billion.
