Lenovo Modernizes Virtualization Infrastructure for an AI-Ready Future

Lenovo introduced the ThinkAgile VX850 V4, a server designed for highly virtualized enterprise workloads, supporting both structured and unstructured data to consolidate critical applications. The system is positioned to help organizations modernize infrastructure while creating capacity for future AI integration within existing business applications. Lenovo emphasized the server’s role in enabling efficient, resilient operations amid growing IT complexity and evolving demands.

The company expanded its Infrastructure Deployment Services portfolio with three predefined deployment options—Standard Deploy, Premier Deploy, and Premier Deploy Plus—each tailored to different project needs and IT capabilities. All options include expert hardware installation, while higher tiers offer implementation support, operational handoff, and extended post-deployment assistance, including a one-year infrastructure health assessment for early issue identification.

Lenovo also broadened its Express Solutions portfolio under the Top Choice Express program, providing pre-validated infrastructure configurations that combine Lenovo hardware with leading virtualization and hybrid cloud platforms. These solutions aim to simplify deployment, reduce integration complexity, and accelerate time to value by offering tested configurations with partner software.

The updated portfolio integrates Lenovo ThinkSystem Storage and ThinkAgile HCI solutions to support disaggregated infrastructure, scalable AI workloads, and integrated data protection. The company highlighted cyber resilience features to strengthen ransomware recovery and operational continuity, alongside standards-based management tools like XClarity Controller 3 and XClarity One to avoid vendor lock-in and maintain flexibility.
