Amazon Quick Microsoft 365 extensions are now generally available

Amazon Quick announced the general availability of Microsoft 365 extensions for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, enabling users to perform tasks within their existing M365 environments. The extensions leverage AI to handle complex local operations such as redlining documents, building financial models, creating presentations, and managing Outlook inboxes. These tools operate directly within Microsoft’s applications, reducing the need to switch between platforms for routine or advanced tasks. The extensions are designed to integrate seamlessly with users’ workflows without requiring additional software installations.

The Excel extension assists with spreadsheet analysis by creating pivot tables, charts, and cleaning imported data, while the PowerPoint extension generates presentation-ready slides using organization-defined templates. The Word extension automates document formatting, applies track changes for edits, and participates in review processes via comments. The Outlook extension prioritizes emails, organizes inboxes, schedules meetings, and drafts replies using contextual data from Quick and the user’s inbox. Each extension is tailored to streamline specific workflows within its respective application.

Organizations can use these extensions to enhance productivity across multiple departments.
