Samsung Expands One UI 9 Beta Program to More Galaxy Devices
Samsung is broadening the One UI 9 beta program to additional Galaxy devices starting in September, including select foldables and S25 series models.
Samsung announced an expansion of the One UI 9 beta program to more Galaxy devices, following its initial rollout with the Galaxy S26 series in May. The updated beta will include devices such as the Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, and several models from the Galaxy S25 family. Eligible users will have the opportunity to test pre-release software before a wider public launch. The company stated that the program aims to gather user feedback to refine the software experience.
The beta program will be available in select markets, including India, Korea, the U.K., and the U.S., beginning in September. Participants must reside in one of these regions to access the beta through the Samsung Members app. Samsung did not specify a timeline for when the beta would expand to additional countries. The company emphasized that the program is designed to improve software stability and usability ahead of the full release.
Users interested in joining the beta can sign up via the Samsung Members app, which will serve as the primary platform for registration and feedback submission. Samsung has not disclosed the exact number of participants it plans to include in this phase of the beta program. The expansion follows earlier beta testing phases that focused on flagship devices, now extending to mid-range and foldable models.
