Sonos Partners with Škoda to Bring Premium Sound to the All-New Peaq
Sonos and Škoda announced a partnership to integrate a premium in-cabin audio system for the all-new Škoda Peaq electric vehicle, available as part of the optional Relax Package.
Sonos, a leading audio company, will serve as the exclusive audio partner for Škoda’s new flagship electric vehicle, the Peaq, delivering a tailored in-cabin listening experience. The collaboration involves designing the entire audio system from scratch, ensuring music, voice, and entertainment are optimized for the vehicle’s cabin. Sonos CEO Tom Conrad emphasized the natural extension of the company’s home audio expertise into automotive environments, highlighting the importance of sound quality in cars.
The Sonos premium sound system for the Peaq is offered as part of the optional Relax Package and has been custom-engineered for the vehicle. Every component, including speakers and tuning, was developed specifically for the Peaq to deliver deep, controlled bass and a balanced soundstage across all seating positions. Spatial audio technology enhances the listening experience, creating an immersive environment within the cabin.
