Free domain for one year, now for all Pro teams
Vercel is expanding a free domain offer to all Pro teams, covering six top-level domains for one year, with automatic renewal at standard rates thereafter.
Vercel announced that all Pro teams, including existing members, can now claim a free domain for their first year. The offer applies to one eligible domain per team across six top-level domains: .online, .site, .space, .store, .tech, and .website. This expansion follows an earlier initiative limited to new Pro teams. The company stated the promotion aims to support teams in establishing their online presence without immediate domain costs.
To participate, teams must visit vercel.com/domains and submit a claim for their chosen domain. The process requires selecting one of the eligible top-level domains and completing the registration within the promotional period. Vercel emphasized that the free year applies only to the initial registration, not to subsequent renewals or additional domains.
After the first year, the domain will renew automatically at the regular price displayed at checkout during the initial claim. Vercel specified that the renewal rate is the standard price in effect at that time, which may vary based on the top-level domain selected. Teams are advised to review the renewal terms to understand long-term costs.
The offer is subject to Vercel’s free domain FAQ, which outlines eligibility, limitations, and terms of use. Teams are encouraged to review the FAQ for full details before claiming a domain. Vercel did not disclose a specific end date for the promotion, implying it remains open until further notice.
