Glyph Cluster is now available in stealth for free on AI Gateway
Vercel’s AI Gateway now offers Glyph Cluster as a free stealth model for Pro and Enterprise teams, enabling advanced coding and reasoning tasks without image input or structured outputs.
Glyph Cluster has been added to Vercel’s AI Gateway as a stealth model available at no cost during its stealth period for teams on Pro and Enterprise plans with purchased AI Gateway credits. The model specializes in reasoning tasks such as planning, synthesis, quantitative analysis, and comparing large inputs, making it suitable for complex workflows. It supports function calling to integrate with external tools and systems, and delivers responses in a streaming format as they are generated.
For coding workflows, Glyph Cluster can review code, explain failures, debug issues, propose changes, and evaluate implementation options. The model accepts text input only and does not support image or file inputs. Tool use is restricted to user-defined function tools, and structured outputs are not available. Additionally, Zero Data Retention is not supported for this model, and prompts and responses may be used for training and model improvement.
Users can access Glyph Cluster through the AI SDK, OpenAI-compatible Chat Completions and Responses APIs, or by selecting it in supported coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. To enable it in these agents, users must install the latest Vercel CLI and run setup, then choose stealth/glyph-cluster in the agent configuration.
AI Gateway serves as a unified API for model access, offering features such as usage tracking, cost management, retry configurations, failover support, and performance optimizations to enhance uptime. The platform includes custom reporting, Zero Data Retention options, budget controls for API keys, and routing rules. Pricing aligns with provider rates with no markup or platform fees on inference, including Bring Your Own Key requests.
