Warframe will host Epoch Operation: Taubound on October 15, a one-time community event for Xbox players to collaborate globally in a cooperative challenge. The event tasks players with destroying Infested enemies on Eris in The Origin System to gather Moonflesh, a new resource used to power the Sentient Mothership Praghasa. Participation is open to all Xbox players, with rewards including exclusive armor sets, cosmetics, and event currency like Honoria and Somachords. The event concludes November 17, offering a limited-time opportunity to contribute to Warframe’s narrative progression toward the Tau system.

Xbox players will also receive Prologue to Tau, a cinematic quest entry introducing The Lotus in a hands-on experience for the first time. This addition sets narrative stakes for the next chapter in Warframe’s story, available alongside a new level on Eris where players can use their customized Vessel from TennoCon. The update includes a massive Infested boss fight and permanent additions to the Quest Codex for those who completed The Hex and The Old Peace Quests.

The event marks a milestone for Warframe’s Xbox community, which has contributed feedback and support since the game’s debut on Xbox One in 2014. Developers emphasize the community’s role in shaping the game through cross-play, cross-save, and direct communication channels tailored for Xbox players. Fan contributions, from bug reports to handwritten letters, have guided the game’s evolution over 13+ years.

Warframe’s developers highlight the event as part of their ongoing commitment to collaborative game development, with Xbox players playing a central role in the journey toward the Tau system. The operation underscores the studio’s dedication to listening to player feedback and delivering content that reflects community input across multiple platforms.
