ASUS Expands AI Infrastructure Ecosystem from Cloud to Edge
ASUS broadens its AI infrastructure ecosystem through partnerships with Intel, AMD, and others, introducing new servers and edge devices designed for diverse AI workloads and real-world deployment.
ASUS announced at ASUS AI Tech 2026 a strategic expansion of its AI infrastructure ecosystem, collaborating with Intel, AMD, and partners such as IBM and Samsung. The initiative aims to accelerate AI adoption across computing environments, offering solutions for enterprise and general-purpose applications. New products include servers powered by Intel Xeon 6 processors and AMD EPYC 9006 Series CPUs, designed to handle AI, high-performance computing, and data-intensive tasks with scalability and efficiency.
The portfolio now includes systems like the ASUS RS700-E12-RS4U and RS720-E12-RS12U for Intel-based workloads, alongside AMD-powered platforms such as the RS720A-E14B-R32U and ESC8000A-E13P. These systems support advanced GPU acceleration and optimized performance for modern data centers. ASUS also introduced the XA P8I-E13A, a 6U system featuring Intel Xeon Next-Gen processors for demanding AI applications requiring high-density computing.
To address AI beyond data centers, ASUS unveiled edge computing solutions tailored for real-time intelligence in sectors like transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing. The ASUS Industrial Edge Server and RUC-2000 series embedded computer are engineered for rugged conditions, offering protection against extreme temperatures, unstable power, and electrical noise while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance in sensitive environments.
ASUS emphasized its commitment to embedding intelligence across products and partnerships under its "Ubiquitous AI, Incredible Possibilities" vision. The expanded ecosystem supports organizations in deploying AI solutions from cloud to edge, with products like the RUC-2000 series delivering up to 180 AI TOPS for machine vision and in-vehicle AI applications.
