ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) unveiled the ROG Flux Charger Dock, a premium charging and connectivity hub designed for gamers and content creators. The device delivers a total of 260 watts of power, enabling users to connect a laptop, external monitor, mouse, and keyboard through a single cable. The dock includes a built-in 1.9-inch LCD screen and a control knob for real-time monitoring and adjustments, while offering extensive connectivity options such as USB-C with 140W charging and 10Gbps transfer speeds, and HDMI 2.1 supporting up to 4K@144Hz visuals.
The ROG Flux Charger Dock features five distinct charging modes to accommodate different user needs. Silent Mode reduces noise for late-night use, Priority Mode ensures 140W delivery to the main device, and Dual Laptop Mode allows simultaneous 100W charging for two devices. Smart Mode automatically adjusts power allocation, while Fan Turbo Mode maximizes cooling performance. The front-mounted 1.9-inch LCD screen displays real-time charging rates and file transfer speeds, and a physical knob enables direct control over settings without requiring additional software.
Connectivity on the ROG Flux Charger Dock includes two front USB-C ports with 100W charging and 10Gbps data transfer, two USB Type-A ports with 12W output and 480Mbps transfers, a rear 140W USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a full-size HDMI 2.1 port supporting up to 4K@144Hz or 8K@30Hz, and an AC power input. The dock also supports variable refresh rate (VRR) technology for tear-free gaming visuals. Design elements include a sleek black chassis with ROG SLASH aesthetics, an RGB-backlit ROG Fearless Eye, and full Aura Sync RGB compatibility for synchronized lighting across compatible peripherals.
