AI User Guidelines

The guidelines prohibit certain uses of AI Products, including allowing third parties to access Bentley systems via MCP, which enables AI clients to connect to Bentley tools and data. Subscribers must apply the same governance, approval, and risk-assessment standards to MCP access as they would for human users or integrations. The document emphasizes that subscribers are responsible for ensuring their use of AI technology complies with applicable laws and safety standards.

Bentley clarifies that outputs generated by AI Products, such as recommendations or suggestions, are produced through machine learning and artificial intelligence. The company explicitly states it has not verified the accuracy of these outputs and does not endorse or guarantee their reliability. Bentley disclaims any warranty or liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the outputs, placing responsibility on subscribers for their use of AI-generated content.
