Matisse Lismont of Belgium and Ignacio Montenegro of Argentina secured an overall second-place finish in the GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Sprint Cup at Magny-Cours, driving the Team WRT #30 BMW M4 GT3 EVO. Their success followed a Silver Cup victory on Saturday, marking their third class win of the season. A strategic call during a red flag period enabled them to climb to second overall on Sunday, with Lismont defending the position to the finish line. Team WRT also completed a one-two finish in the Silver Cup.

Defending Sprint Cup champions Kelvin van der Linde and Charles Weerts endured a difficult weekend in France. Their qualifying struggles included a 17th-place grid position on Saturday, though they recovered to finish seventh in the evening race. On Sunday, van der Linde set the fastest qualifying time but was disqualified from pole due to a technical infringement, starting 42nd before retiring after contact with another competitor. Despite the setbacks, they retained their lead in the Sprint Cup standings.

Teammates Max Hesse and Valentino Rossi finished sixth and ninth in the #46 BMW M4 GT3 EVO, while Jordan Pepper and Amaury Cordeel placed 20th and 11th. Augusto Farfus and Darren Leung claimed victory in the Bronze Cup for Paradine Competition, narrowly missing the class podium in Race 1. In the Gold Cup, KPX Motorsport finished sixth and seventh.
