Palmowski secures fourth win of the season in Zandvoort

Alisha Palmowski, driving for Red Bull Racing, claimed her fourth victory of the 2026 season at the F1 ACADEMY Feature Race in Zandvoort. Starting from pole position, she maintained her lead over second-placed Alba Larsen, who finished ahead of the rest of the field. The race saw Palmowski and Larsen engage in a prolonged duel, with Palmowski ultimately holding on to secure the win.

Alba Larsen, the second-placed finisher, continued her strong form with another podium, moving up to fourth in the Drivers’ Standings. Nina Gademan, representing MP Motorsport, rounded out the top three, marking her second consecutive podium finish. The race also featured close battles further down the field, including a tight contest between Natalia Granada and Emma Felbermayr.

Emma Felbermayr, driving for Sephora, held off pressure from Natalia Granada to finish fourth, while Megan Bruce and Rachel Robertson secured sixth and seventh places respectively. Ella Lloyd made a strong recovery from 11th to eighth, gaining valuable points for her team. Payton Westcott, who won the Reverse Grid Race on Saturday, finished ninth after a competitive battle with Lloyd.

Palmowski now holds a 48-point lead in the Drivers’ Standings over Felbermayr, who will aim to close the gap at the Circuit of The Americas during Round 5, scheduled for October 22-25. The next race weekend will provide an opportunity for the remaining drivers to challenge Palmowski’s dominant position in the championship.
