Start the year AI-ready with the Google AI Educator Series

Google has introduced the Google AI Educator Series (GES), a free training program designed to help educators incorporate artificial intelligence into their teaching practices. To further support educators, Google is hosting a virtual Badge-a-thon on September 19. This 10-hour event provides live training, lightning talks, and hands-on activities to help teachers earn official digital badges aligned with ISTE standards. Participants can drop in and out as needed, making it accessible for educators with limited time. The GES program was developed in response to feedback from educators worldwide, who requested training that is both flexible and immediately applicable to classroom needs. The series also introduces concepts like vibe coding, which allows teachers to create custom solutions using natural language, reducing the time spent searching for existing tools.
