Kraken has opened trading for SODA (SODAX), a token designed to facilitate cross-network financial operations. Users can deposit SODA by selecting the asset in the Funding section of their account and transferring tokens via supported networks. Deposits made through unsupported networks will not be credited, and funds may be lost.

SODAX operates as an infrastructure layer for modern financial systems, enabling coordinated execution and liquidity across more than 20 networks, including Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, Bitcoin, and Sui. Its solver-based model and multi-bridge architecture, including LayerZero and CCTP compatibility, allow for unified liquidity and low-slippage trades even when balances are held on different networks.

The $SODA token serves as the economic backbone of the SODAX protocol, with holders eligible to participate in governance decisions. Additional utility includes staking rewards and programmatic token burns tied to protocol performance. The total supply of $SODA is capped at 1.5 billion tokens, migrated on a 1:1 basis from $ICX.

SODA is currently available for trading on the Sonic network. Kraken has not disclosed future asset listings in advance, directing users to its Listings Roadmap and social media for updates. Client engagement specialists will not provide information on potential future listings.
