Lenovo Group Limited announced first-quarter results for fiscal year 2026/27, achieving the highest quarterly revenue in its history at US$26.9 billion, a 43% increase from the same period last year. All business groups reported record first-quarter revenue and operating profit, while adjusted net income surged 176% to US$1.1 billion, exceeding US$1 billion for the first time. The company attributed the growth to its Hybrid AI strategy, which integrates AI across devices, infrastructure, and services, reinforcing its position in both consumer and enterprise markets.
AI-related revenue grew 60% year-on-year to US$9.3 billion, accounting for 35% of total Group revenue in the quarter. Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) delivered record performance, serving as a key driver of growth and profitability. The company also highlighted its role as FIFA’s Official Technology Partner for the 2026 World Cup, providing AI-powered solutions across 16 cities, 48 teams, and 104 matches to support operations, broadcasts, and fan experiences.
Lenovo’s operational resilience was a competitive advantage during the quarter, enabling it to manage supply constraints and cost pressures effectively.
