Cartograph, a Texas-based ecommerce agency supporting over 300 consumer brands on Amazon, sought to simplify IT operations as its workforce expanded. The company chose Lenovo to standardize its device strategy, deploying Lenovo Certified Refurbished laptops such as ThinkBook 14, ThinkBook 16 Gen 7 Intel, and ThinkPad E16 Gen 2 Intel. This approach provided enterprise-grade technology at reduced costs while maintaining performance standards and a one-year warranty.

To further streamline IT, Cartograph implemented Lenovo Asset Recovery Services (ARS) alongside its refurbished devices. ARS enabled the company to recover residual value from retired hardware as account credit, optimizing budget allocation. The service also simplified asset retirement with a single process for refurbishment, reuse, or recycling, reducing administrative burden while ensuring data security and compliance.

Lenovo Premier Support Plus was adopted to enhance employee experience, offering 24/7 technical support to minimize downtime. This allowed Cartograph’s distributed teams to focus on client services without interruptions. The combination of standardized devices, lifecycle services, and advanced support created a scalable IT environment aligned with Cartograph’s growth objectives.

Cartograph reported improved performance, fewer support issues, and faster onboarding of new employees. Chris Moe, founder and CEO, emphasized the long-term benefits, stating the partnership delivered measurable results beyond a one-off device replacement. Lenovo’s holistic approach positioned Cartograph for continued expansion and future-ready innovation.
