Its reproductive method involves injecting paralyzed prey with larva that feed on the host, adding another layer of horror to its already reviled reputation.

The creature’s motion capture performances are so disturbing that Capcom’s Osaka HQ staff confirmed actors receive mental health counseling after sessions. This detail underscores the psychological toll of embodying such a grotesque design, highlighting Capcom’s attention to its team’s well-being.
