First look at Marvel’s Wolverine Limited Edition PS5 Console bundle and accessories

PlayStation unveiled a limited-edition Marvel’s Wolverine PS5 Digital Edition bundle, priced at $449.99, featuring a yellow console design inspired by Wolverine’s Battle Reborn suit and claws. The bundle includes a matching DualSense wireless controller with claw-inspired slashes and a game code for Marvel’s Wolverine. The console’s yellow finish and exposed claw marks aim to reflect the character’s intensity, with the controller offering a tactile connection to the game. Pre-orders begin August 19 at 10 AM local time in select regions, including the U.S., U.K., and parts of Europe.

The bundle will be available globally in limited quantities starting September 15, 2026, coinciding with the game’s launch. A standalone DualSense controller in the same design will also be sold separately. PlayStation collaborated with artist Jock, whose traditional comic art inspired the bold, graphic tone of the limited-edition design. Jock emphasized the challenge of merging hand-drawn energy with cutting-edge hardware, praising the final result for capturing Wolverine’s raw ferocity.

For players who already own a PS5 (slim) or PS5 Pro, PlayStation will offer console covers in two Wolverine-inspired designs: the Battle Yellow Limited Edition and the Adamantium Limited Edition. The Adamantium covers feature a metallic finish and claw-slashed details, evoking Wolverine’s skeletal reinforcement. Both designs are available for pre-order starting August 19, with limited stock distributed through select retailers outside direct.playstation.com regions.

The Adamantium edition also includes a matching DualSense controller with a premium metallic finish, sold separately. Pre-orders for all Wolverine-themed accessories open August 19 at 10 AM local time in eligible regions, with free launch-day delivery offered for eligible pre-orders placed directly through PlayStation. The limited-edition items will be available in regions where direct.playstation.com operates, including the U.S., U.K., and several European countries.
