Larian Studios has officially approved Cheater’s Menu, a mod by For_Kiramay, for console versions of Baldur’s Gate 3 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. The mod introduces a spell that, when cast, opens a comprehensive cheat menu with ten tabs and over 300 options, providing console players with tools previously unavailable on those platforms.

The cheat menu includes options to heal the party, respec characters for free, spawn any in-game item, or manipulate dice rolls. Previously, console players were limited to mods that passed Larian’s curation process, restricting access to such extensive cheat tools, which had long been available only to PC players through console commands or other mods.

To use the mod, players must boot up Baldur’s Gate 3 on console, open the in-game mod manager from the main menu, locate “Cheater’s Menu,” and enable it. After loading a save or starting a new game, the cheat spell can be cast from the hotbar, with selected cheats applying to the active character while earned XP is distributed to the entire party.

Alongside Cheater’s Menu, console players can now access other newly approved mods, including subclasses like Dragon Patron for warlocks and Spell Thief, which allows learning spells by observing them. The update expands modding options for console players, who have had limited access to such tools since the game’s 2023 console release.
