For the Pro: Razer Unveils the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz
Razer launched the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz, a 60% analog optical gaming keyboard featuring true 8000 Hz HyperPolling and the full Advanced Input Control suite for competitive play.
Razer introduced the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz, a 60% form factor keyboard designed for competitive gamers. The device integrates Razer’s Analog Optical Switches Gen-2 with Rapid Trigger and adjustable actuation, enabling a 0.1–4.0 mm range for personalized keystroke response. Factory calibration ensures approximately 2.5 times greater actuation-point precision than the closest competitor, with each switch individually lubricated and seated in foam for optimized feel and muted acoustics.
The keyboard achieves true 8000 Hz HyperPolling, delivering a polling rate eight times the industry standard of 1000 Hz. Internal testing recorded an average latency of 0.48 ms, 26% faster than the nearest competitor under identical conditions. Razer’s Advanced Input Control suite includes Snap Flex, Snap Tap, Dynamic Keystroke, and Dual-Keypress Priority, providing players with granular control over keystroke execution and response.
Built for portability and mouse maneuverability, the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz features a 5052 aluminum alloy top case with a brushed metal finish and textured doubleshot PBT keycaps resistant to shine and fade. Dual-purpose modifier keys function as 4-way arrow keys when tapped, offering navigation convenience in a compact layout. Onboard profile storage allows up to six custom configurations without software, while Synapse Web enables browser-based adjustments without installation.
Razer positioned the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz as the most advanced analog optical keyboard in a 60% form factor, targeting esports professionals. The device builds on the Huntsman V3 Pro line’s pro-grade performance, integrating precision, speed, and control into a travel-friendly design.
