The Legend of Khiimori’s latest update, The Mongolian Expanse, launched yesterday, expanding the game’s map to include snowy mountains and scorching deserts. These new regions feature waystations, Yam nodes, named locations, chests, and bandit caches. Survival elements are emphasized, as the mountains pose cold, difficult climbs and hostile wolves, while the deserts bring extreme heat for both players and horses.
The update introduces new wildlife such as wild boars, gobi bears, and camels, alongside a new horse breed called the Marwari. Designed for endurance, the Marwari is particularly resistant to heat, making it suitable for long desert crossings. Over 60 new horse skills are also added, with some tied to specific regions or breeds.
