You can now read and search changelogs from the CLI

To use vercel changelog, developers must update their Vercel CLI to version 59.6.0 or later. Once updated, running vercel changelog in the terminal provides immediate access to the latest changelog entries. The command includes additional options, accessible via vercel changelog --help, for further customization.
