Play the Wreck Runners September Update Early with XBOX Insiders
Xbox Insiders can test an unreleased build of Wreck Runners ahead of the September Update, offering feedback on gameplay and localization in multiple languages.
Xbox announced a free playtest for Wreck Runners, open to all Xbox Series X|S owners starting September 4 at 10:00 AM PT. Participants can invite up to three friends to join the ORCA and evaluate an unreleased build featuring content planned for the September Update. No prior ownership of Wreck Runners is required to participate in the test.
The playtest runs until September 9 at 10:00 AM PT, during which players may encounter bugs or unfinished content. Feedback is requested on clarity, readability, and localization in languages including Arabic, German, French, Japanese, Russian, and others. Players are encouraged to report issues using the in-game problem reporting tool.
Xbox emphasized that the September Update remains in development, and player feedback will help refine the experience before its official release. The playtest serves as an opportunity to preview upcoming features and provide direct input to improve the game.
