Capcom’s turn-based RPG *Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection* will expand to Xbox PC on November 18, 2026, joining its existing Xbox Series X|S release. The game will support Xbox Play Anywhere, enabling players to access it on Windows 11 PCs and compatible handheld devices without purchasing it again. Save data, additional content, and achievements will carry over seamlessly between platforms, ensuring continuity for players. The expansion broadens accessibility for fans of the Monster Hunter universe, who can now enjoy the title across multiple devices at no extra cost.
*Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection* is set in the Monster Hunter world and follows the prince or princess of Azuria, the only Rathalos Rider in the country, and Eleanor of Vermeil. Their journey begins when they venture into forbidden territory to uncover hidden truths about the world. The story explores themes of legacy, environmental change, and the bond between Riders and monsters. Players engage in evolving turn-based battles and Habitat Restoration, a feature that lets them release monsters and alter the ecosystem’s rank.
Post-main story content includes a high-difficulty final boss battle, unlockable after updating the game. Beating this challenge introduces Royal versions of nearly all monsters, Royal Invasive Monsters, and Royal Calamitous Elder Dragons across the map. The DLC *Side Story: Rudy* is included in the Deluxe Edition, Premium Deluxe Edition, and Deluxe Kit at no extra charge. Players who own these editions can download and play the DLC immediately.
To celebrate the series’ 10th anniversary on October 8, Capcom released a commemorative visual and offered free trials of *Monster Hunter Stories* and *Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin* from October 22 to 25, 2026. A separate free trial for *Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection* allows progress carryover to the full game. The official website also features a music selection video showcasing the soundtrack that complements the adventure.
