Several models, including OpenAI’s GPT-5 mini and Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash, are available at no extra cost. For enhanced security, users may integrate their own models via Amazon Bedrock. Zapier Copilot assists with setup, while output fields and prompt regeneration streamline refinement and integration into subsequent workflow steps.

Additional features include knowledge source integration for grounding AI responses in documents like Google Drive or Notion, and AI Guardrails for detecting PII, toxic language, or prompt injection attempts.
