Oman FA champions social inclusion through Down Syndrome and Autism programme

The Oman Football Association (OFA), supported by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Dream Asia Foundation (ADAF), organised a football programme in Muscat for participants with Down Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. The initiative aimed to promote social inclusion through sport, providing structured training sessions and fostering community engagement. OFA collaborated with local organisations to ensure accessibility and tailored support for all participants. The programme concluded with a showcase event highlighting the achievements of the players.
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) released its Social Responsibility Toolkit 2026 on its official website, reaffirming its dedication to leveraging football for social impact across Asia.
