AGCO’s Valtra brand unveiled the 6th-generation T Series tractors, designed to enhance performance and usability for professional farmers and contractors. The new models integrate a redesigned high-performance platform, the AGCO Power CORE75 engine, and next-generation operator interfaces like the 12-inch SmartTouch Gen2. These tractors feature advanced automation, precision farming functions, and wireless farm-data management to streamline daily operations. The redesign prioritizes operator comfort and intuitive controls, reducing complexity and workload.

The 6th-generation T Series is powered by the AGCO Power CORE75 engine, a 7.5-litre six-cylinder unit delivering up to 245 hp and 1,184 Nm of torque in the T236 model. The engine is paired with Smart Power Management, which optimizes performance and fuel economy by automatically adjusting engine and transmission behavior. Laboratory testing shows up to 5% lower fuel consumption compared to the previous AGCO Power 74HD engine. Operators can select Eco, Normal, or Power modes to match conditions, while the engine’s broad low-rpm torque range maintains performance under varying loads.

The new SmartTouch Gen2 interface features a 12-inch high-resolution touchscreen with a 22-second boot time, configurable work screens, and personalized operator profiles. Up to 16 different quadrants can be customized, and integrated guidance, ISOBUS, and implement management tools streamline daily tasks. The Active Gen2 armrest offers an intuitive control layout with dedicated functions, while both interfaces sync with the A-Pilar display for easy access to key information. A new integrated help system with expandable information and QR codes reduces training time for new operators.

The 6th-generation T Series is factory-ready for PTx FarmENGAGE, enabling seamless data management, task transfer, and communication between office and field. Automation features like Tractor Implement Management and Ground Speed Hydraulics improve consistency and reduce operator workload. Customers can order the tractors starting October 1, with first deliveries expected by the end of the year, subject to availability. The new models are designed for arable, livestock, contracting, forestry, and municipal applications.
