CRH Elects W. Anthony (Tony) Will to its Board of Directors
CRH appointed Tony Will to its Board of Directors effective July 1, 2026, citing his extensive leadership in industrial businesses and strategic growth experience.
CRH announced the election of Mr. W. Anthony (Tony) Will, 60, to its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2026. Chairman Richie Boucher highlighted Will’s background in leading large-scale industrial operations and driving growth in high-value markets. The appointment follows CRH’s strategy to capitalize on infrastructure demand trends and deliver long-term shareholder value.
Tony Will previously served as president, CEO, and board member of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. from 2014 until his retirement in 2026. His career includes leadership roles at Accenture, Sears, Roebuck and Company, Fort James Corporation, and Motorola. He also held positions at Boston Consulting Group before joining CF Industries in 2007.
Will currently serves as a Director of Union Pacific Corporation and previously held a board position at Olin Corporation, concluding his term at the 2026 annual shareholder meeting. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Will expressed his honor in joining CRH’s Board, citing the company’s strong market position and clear strategy. He emphasized his commitment to supporting long-term value creation and sustainable growth alongside the board and management team.
