Salesforce and Google Cloud Unify Infrastructure and Agents for One Connected AI Stack
Salesforce and Google Cloud announced a unified AI infrastructure and agent framework to break enterprise data silos, enabling cross-platform reasoning and action on shared data without custom integrations.
Salesforce and Google Cloud unveiled an expanded partnership at Dreamforce 2026 to integrate their platforms, allowing agents on either system to operate on the same data without custom integrations. The collaboration combines Salesforce’s trusted data and workflows with Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise reasoning capabilities, supported by Hyperforce on Google Cloud, which is already handling live production traffic. The initiative aims to eliminate fragmentation in enterprise systems by aligning data, agents, and applications into a cohesive AI stack. Meir Amiel emphasized that the shift maintains Salesforce’s security and compliance standards while leveraging Google Cloud’s flexibility.
Kevin Ichhpurani highlighted that enterprise AI becomes effective when agents understand and act on a company’s business context, enabled by Gemini Enterprise’s integration with Salesforce’s critical processes. The partnership introduces Hyperforce on Google Cloud, allowing customers to deploy Salesforce on AI-optimized infrastructure with greater choice. Google Cloud is the first hyperscaler to implement Salesforce’s headless architecture, supporting secure and scalable intelligent workflows across sales, service, and productivity tools.
SharkNinja will deploy Gemini Live and Agentforce to create real-time, multimodal customer experiences, starting with guided product setup and evolving into intelligent companions for troubleshooting and support. The initiative will enable consumers to discover and purchase products directly within Google Search and the Gemini app, powered by Commerce Cloud, shortening the path from discovery to purchase. Velia Carboni noted that this integration creates a new growth channel while maintaining payments and order management on Commerce Cloud.
Salesforce Data 360 and Google BigQuery already support Zero Copy data sharing, and the companies are expanding this capability to additional regions while adopting Iceberg Rest Catalog open standards. They are also enabling Private Connect for secure interoperability, with plans to explore bidirectional semantic information sharing for more connected AI experiences. The partnership underscores a shared vision to build a unified, governed data and AI foundation for enterprises.
