Hyundai Motor Group and Misk Foundation Conclude Urban Innovation Leadership Program, Advancing Partnership in Leadership and Human Capital Development

Hyundai Motor Group and the Misk Foundation jointly concluded a two-week Urban Innovation Leadership Program in Seoul from September 7 to 18, 2026. The initiative brought together members of the Saudi Leadership Society and alumni of Misk programs, selected through a joint nomination process. Participants explored smart cities, autonomous mobility, hydrogen economy, digital twin technology, and robotics, combining Hyundai’s industry expertise with Misk’s understanding of the Saudi context.

The program strengthened institutional ties between Hyundai and Misk, emphasizing leadership development and knowledge exchange. It positioned Hyundai as a strategic partner in shaping Saudi regulatory and infrastructure frameworks, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals of sustainability, innovation, and economic diversification. The initiative also laid groundwork for future collaboration in smart cities, mobility, and digital infrastructure.

Hyundai Motor Group highlighted the program’s role in supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by sharing Korean policies, technologies, and implementation cases. The partnership reflects Hyundai’s view of Saudi Arabia as a long-term partner rather than just a market. Misk Foundation emphasized its commitment to investing in Saudi leaders and expanding their access to international expertise through the Saudi Leadership Society.

The structured learning pathway combined Hyundai’s technological expertise with Misk’s contextual knowledge, enabling participants to examine global approaches through their leadership responsibilities. The program built on a 2024 Memorandum of Understanding between Hyundai and Misk, advancing shared objectives in leadership development and innovation ecosystems.
