FOLD is available for trading!
Kraken has listed FOLD, the token of the Interfold protocol, enabling users to deposit and trade the asset on its platform.
Kraken announced the addition of FOLD to its trading platform, allowing users to deposit and trade the token. Deposits must be made via supported networks to avoid loss. The token powers the Interfold protocol, which facilitates confidential coordination through encrypted execution environments. The protocol enables private computations without exposing inputs or outcomes to any single operator.
The Interfold protocol, previously known as Enclave, combines fully homomorphic encryption, zero-knowledge proofs, and distributed threshold cryptography. It supports applications such as sealed-bid auctions, private voting, and collaborative analysis of sensitive datasets. The protocol operates without custody or trusted hardware, ensuring data privacy and verifiable results.
FOLD tokens are required for the economic operation of the Interfold network. Kraken did not disclose details about the asset’s selection process prior to listing. The exchange maintains a policy of confidentiality regarding future token listings until official announcements are made.
All available tokens on Kraken can be found on its platform, with future listings to be announced via the Listings Roadmap and social media. Kraken’s client engagement team will not provide information about potential future asset listings. Users are advised to check official channels for updates.
