Razer Unveils Kraken Kitty V3: The Signature Kitty Headset Designed for Streaming, Cosplay, and Self-Expression

Razer has announced the Kraken Kitty V3, a wired RGB headset designed for streamers seeking to blend style with functionality. The device features signature kitty ears and earcups illuminated by Razer Chroma RGB, alongside a Razer HyperClear Cardioid Mic for clear voice capture. Its plug-and-play USB Type-C connectivity supports quick setup on PC and mobile devices, enabling creators to go live without delay. Hybrid fabric and leatherette ear cushions provide comfort and passive noise isolation for extended use during gaming or streaming sessions.

The headset serves as a canvas for self-expression, offering 16.8 million color options via Razer Chroma RGB to personalize the illuminated ears and earcups. Through the Razer Streamer Companion app, lighting can dynamically react to alerts, emotes, and chat activity, turning audience interactions into visual expressions. This feature allows creators to synchronize their headset’s lighting with their on-stream persona or community engagement in real time.

Beyond streaming, the Kraken Kitty V3 adapts to cosplay and convention settings by using a portable power bank to keep RGB lighting active. Three onboard presets enable users to switch between colors and effects on the go, aligning the headset with outfits, characters, or moods. This versatility bridges digital and physical self-expression for creators and cosplayers alike.

The Razer HyperClear Cardioid Mic prioritizes clear voice capture while minimizing background noise, complementing the TriForce 40 mm Drivers engineered for detailed audio. Paired with 7.1 Surround Sound, the headset delivers immersive positional awareness, enhancing in-game alerts and voice communications.
