Razer Unveils Kiyo V2 Pro: A 4K Webcam With Smoother 60 FPS video
Razer introduces the Kiyo V2 Pro, a 4K webcam delivering smooth 60 FPS video with intelligent features for streamers and creators, eliminating the need for DSLR setups.
Razer has launched the Kiyo V2 Pro, a professional 4K webcam designed for gamers, streamers, and content creators seeking high-quality video without complex setups. The device supports 4K resolution at 60 frames per second, ensuring smooth and detailed footage suitable for streaming or creative projects. Its 86-degree wide-angle lens minimizes distortion, capturing broader scenes with clarity, while a universal pivoting mount allows flexible positioning on monitors or tripods.
The webcam integrates a Sony STARVIS 2 sensor, an advanced back-illuminated image sensor that enhances low-light performance, enabling crisp 4K video with reduced motion blur. Intelligent auto-framing, combined with dynamic pan, tilt, and zoom, automatically tracks the user’s movements to keep them centered during streams or recordings. A built-in privacy shutter provides quick coverage when not in use.
Razer Kiyo V2 Pro includes One-Click Image Enhancement, which automatically adjusts exposure, white balance, and noise reduction to optimize video quality across varying lighting conditions. Users can also access DSLR-level image controls via software, including adjustments for color, sharpness, and other settings, enhancing creative flexibility.
The webcam features Ultra-High Dynamic Range (UHDR) to capture detailed highlights and shadows while preserving color depth, maintaining balanced image quality in both bright and low-light environments. A complimentary Camo Pro subscription is available through a partnership with Camo Studio to unlock additional features such as auto-framing and advanced webcam controls.
