Kuehne+Nagel is transitioning its KN SwiftLOG warehouse management system into a cloud-native platform with agentic AI capabilities, deployed across more than 1,000 sites in nearly 100 countries. The roll-out, which began in April 2026, uses Blue Yonder’s Warehouse Management Solution to unify operations under a single cloud-based environment while maintaining KN SwiftLOG as the core system. The phased implementation ensures continuity of service as the platform scales to address growing supply chain complexity and customer demands. Eduardo Razuck, Executive Vice President of Contract Logistics, highlighted the shift as a means to improve efficiency and responsiveness across locations.

The platform connects warehouse operations, data, and workflows to enable more accurate planning, real-time visibility, and faster responses to disruptions. By standardising processes across sites, it supports consistent execution for customers operating in multiple regions. The first customer deployment is scheduled for Asia in July 2026, marking a key milestone in the global roll-out. Kuehne+Nagel emphasised that the cloud-native approach maintains stable operations while enhancing coordination and data-driven decision-making.

Blue Yonder, whose Warehouse Management Solution underpins the platform, described the collaboration as a step toward AI-enabled execution and next-generation supply chain practices. Duncan Angove, CEO of Blue Yonder, stated that the future of supply chains will favour those who can standardise globally, make decisions rapidly, and adapt quickly to disruptions. The partnership aims to increase productivity, speed, and agility for both Kuehne+Nagel and its customers.

Kuehne+Nagel, a global logistics provider with over 85,000 employees and 1,300 sites in nearly 100 countries, positions itself as a leader in Air and Sea Logistics and a strong player in Road and Contract Logistics. The company supports around 400,000 customers worldwide, leveraging its global network and data-driven insights to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions. Blue Yonder, the AI company for supply chain, provides the technology platform enabling this transformation.
