Ana Kupresanin, Director of the Scientific Data Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, oversees efforts to develop methods and infrastructure that make scientific data usable, reliable, and reusable for research and AI applications. Her team supports the entire scientific data lifecycle, from organizing and curating data to enabling analysis and reuse, while also advancing machine learning and high-performance computing workflows. Kupresanin, a statistician and Fellow of the American Statistical Association, brings experience from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where she worked on statistical methods and uncertainty quantification across multiple scientific disciplines.
