Users can now share Workers with teammates, allowing them to connect the automation to their own Custom Agents without rebuilding it from scratch. The feature offers two permission levels: 'Can connect' grants access to use the Worker, while 'Full access' permits modifications and adaptation for new use cases. This update aims to streamline workflows by reducing redundant development efforts across teams.

The sharing functionality is accessible through the Developer Portal, which can be reached via Settings → Connections → Go to developer portal or directly at app.notion.com/developers. This integration simplifies the process of deploying and managing shared Workers within an organization. A practical example of this feature’s utility is a Salesforce Worker built by one team member, which can now be shared across sales and marketing teams.
