The Deluxe Edition of Lou’s Lagoon will be available alongside the Standard Edition on launch day. It includes an exclusive ‘Lifeguard’ outfit, a bubble-engine upgrade for the seaplane, and cozy beachside items with hidden surprises. This edition offers additional customization elements for players seeking extra content.
Lou’s Lagoon follows the story of a young pilot searching for their missing Uncle Lou after a storm devastates the Limbo archipelago. Players can customize their character’s appearance, including hairstyles, facial features, and outfits, as well as modify their seaplane with new parts and spray paints. The game also allows players to design and build their own tropical home, adding furniture and decorations to reflect their style.
The game introduces two new islands: Tanglebloom, a bustling town needing rebuilding, and Boulderia, a rugged island inhabited by the Gorplins, who mine sugar crystals.
