SK Telecom’s AI agent service, A.Dot, has introduced a new feature called AgentCall to assist with customer-center wait times. When users call busy customer service lines, the AI provides real-time captions for menu selections and estimated wait durations. Users can choose to let the AI handle the wait or proceed with the call, receiving notifications when the agent is ready. The feature supports calls to registered business numbers and displays congestion levels based on recent 30-day data.
A.Dot’s AI Message feature automatically summarizes incoming reservation and coupon texts, extracting key details such as dates, locations, URLs, coupon names, and expiration dates. The summaries are linked to A.Dot’s calendar and reminder functions, ensuring users do not miss important deadlines. Coupon codes and links are also provided for quick access. The feature helps distinguish promotional messages from spam by highlighting essential information upfront.
A new ‘To-Do’ function in A.Dot automatically registers tasks and schedules based on call and message content, with AI-generated checklists for follow-up actions. Users can manually add tasks or allow the AI to create structured checklists for activities like grocery shopping or document submissions. The feature tracks completion status and integrates with existing A.Dot capabilities to centralize task management.
