SK Telecom announced on May 27 a customer-participation program called ‘모두의 Promp.T’ as part of its ongoing ‘Good Change’ campaign, which documents the company’s AI and customer-value transformation since May. The campaign previously focused on internal and expert contributions, but now invites all customers aged 14 and older to submit AI prompts and real-world examples of how AI has improved daily life or work productivity. Participants may enter one of two categories: ‘Life AX’ for everyday problem-solving or ‘Work AX’ for productivity gains. Entries are accepted until June 10 via the SKT Newsroom submission page.

The contest offers prizes totaling 10 million won in SK gift vouchers and Naver points, with awards for first place (2 winners), second place (4 winners), third place (6 winners), and approximately 400 participation prizes. Winners will be selected through expert review and announced on June 20 on the SKT Newsroom website. The company stated that the initiative aims to demonstrate that AI is an accessible tool for everyone, not just specialists.

In a related initiative, SK Telecom plans to display a media art exhibition at its Euljiro T Tower headquarters in August, based on customer feedback collected through its AI-driven survey service ‘돈 버는 설문’. The exhibition will visualize customer-perceived changes and future expectations regarding SKT’s services. The company did not disclose further details about the art installation or the survey results.

Final Bok, head of SKT’s Media Communication Division, said the company will continue to reflect customer experiences and voices in its services and content, emphasizing that meaningful AI and customer-value transformation requires collaboration with users. The executive added that SKT remains committed to co-creating better changes with its customers.
