The Walt Disney Company announced plans to open three new Centers for Living Well (CLW) facilities in Central Florida, Burbank, and Anaheim, adding to its existing network of health centers for employees and their families. The expansion aims to improve access to advanced primary care, pharmacy services, and wellness programs near workplaces. Eric Chaisson, EVP of Total Rewards & Employee Services, stated the initiative reflects a long-term effort to allocate resources where they can best support employees. The CLW network has been operated by Premise Health since its launch, with the first center opening at EPCOT in 2008.

The new CLW locations will offer primary care, onsite pharmacy, behavioral health, psychiatry, lab services, and physical therapy, with some sites including additional services such as medical fitness, vision, chiropractic, massage, and nutrition. The Burbank and Central Florida locations are scheduled to open in 2027, while the Anaheim site’s services and opening date remain under finalization. The CLW model prioritizes convenience, with locations near workplaces and extended hours to ensure timely access to care.

Patients at CLW facilities typically receive care within five minutes of check-in, and the centers combine medical and pharmacy services in one location to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Some locations also provide advanced services like infusion therapy, women’s health, and behavioral health support. The expansion aligns with Disney’s broader Total Rewards initiative, which includes compensation, benefits, and professional development to enhance the employee experience.

Disney’s investment in employee health and well-being reflects a long-standing commitment to its workforce, according to Beth Ratliff, COO of Premise Health, who noted the partnership has delivered an advanced primary care model for nearly two decades. The CLW network is designed to make high-quality, personalized healthcare more accessible and convenient for Disney employees, cast members, and their families enrolled in eligible Disney-sponsored medical plans.
