GPT-6 Sol is optimized for complex workflows and sustained coding tasks where precision and iterative refinement are critical. GPT-6 Luna serves as a cost-effective alternative for high-volume agentic workflows and routine coding tasks. Both models reduce jargon and low-value details while improving factual reliability, particularly in coding-related outputs.
GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna are priced lower than GPT-6 Astra, making them more accessible for enterprise and developer use. The models are accessible through the AI SDK, OpenAI-compatible Chat Completions API, OpenAI-compatible Responses API, and coding agents connected to AI Gateway. Users can select Sol for demanding coding projects or Luna when prioritizing throughput and volume.
AI Gateway provides a unified interface for model deployment, usage tracking, and configuration of retries, failover, and routing. This simplifies integration for developers working across multiple models and workflows. The platform also supports real-time testing in the model playground before full deployment.
